Meet the team

Madhusudan Thakur

Madhu has close to two decades of experience across fiscal, strategic sales and operations leadership. He considers among his strengths the ability to develop business and ensure delivery in the service industry. Prior to leading Access, Madhu has been at leadership positions at brands such as Knight Frank and Regus, and has served clients such as BP, Maersk, Nokia, Volkswagen, Audi, and many more, across SAARC markets.

Subhas Bhat

Subhas has two decades of rich experience in the real estate space. He has also been actively involved in planning and executing solutions through associations with India Homes, Colliers Jardine, Knight Frank India, Equis India and the Regus Group, where he served as Development Director. While at Regus, he successfully increased the property count from just 14 centres to 50. He's a dealmaker and key contributor to our growth.
